Services
We provide professional massage and bodywork services designed for relaxation, stress relief, and wellness. Our services are not a substitute for medical treatment. Please consult your healthcare provider for medical concerns.
Appointments & Scheduling
- Booking: Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or in person.
- Confirmation: You will receive confirmation of your appointment via email or text (if provided).
- Arrival: Please arrive on time to receive your full session. Late arrivals may shorten your appointment time.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Notice Required: We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
- Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice or missed without notice may be charged up to the full session fee.
- Avoid booking appointments on the same day or within 24 hours of getting vaccinated or returning from travels
- If you develop any symptoms within 24-48 hours before your appointment, please reschedule right away to avoid cancellation fees.
Payment & Refunds
- Payment Due: Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
- Accepted Methods: Cash, credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, gift certificates.
- Refunds: Prepaid sessions or gift certificates are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with approval.
Health & Safety
- Disclosure: Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns before your session.
- Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to decline or end a session if it is unsafe, inappropriate, or violates professional boundaries.
- COVID-19 or Illness: If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment to protect the health of our staff and clients.
