What We Offer

More than a massage
Results you can feel

For tension that lives deeper, deep tissue massage works beneath the surface - addressing adhesions, chronic holding patterns, and the underlying contributors to pain and restricted movement. At Talking Tree, no two sessions look the same. We draw from a broad range of techniques - Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, muscle energy, and active release and more, blending them intuitively to address what your body is asking for that day
  • ●Modalities are uniquely woven for each session
  • ●We strive to bring your body back to balance
  • ●No two sessions are alike - your body changes, and so does the approach - Each session is tailored to what your body needs

What Massage
Can Do For You

Deep Relaxation
Swedish massage activates the parasympathetic nervous system and can help reduce cortisol levels and lowering the heart rate creating a lasting state of calmness.
Pain & Tension Relief
Deep tissue work reaches layers beneath the surface and helps release adhesions, ease chronic muscle tightness and turn down the volume on chronic pain.
Improved Circulation
Boosts circulation, speeds recovery, and leaves muscles feeling genuinely restored.
Greater Mobility
Targeting fascial restrictions and muscle tension to support a fuller, freer range of motion.
Mental Clarity
When the body lets go, the mind follows. Better sleep, sharper focus, a lighter mood - clients notice the difference.
Faster Recovery
For those who move hard, recovery matters. Massage eases post-workout soreness, supports natural repair, and gets your body ready for what's next.

Meet Sarah, our emerging practitioner specializing in Swedish and deep tissue massage, along with myofascial release and MET. She offers attentive, personalized sessions focused on relieving tension, improving mobility, and helping you feel better from the very first visit.

Here is one of my recent client's review: "The most effective massage I've ever had! A months-long back issue nearly resolved after one session. Sarah explained everything and gave me stretches to prevent it returning. I walked pain-free for the first time in months - I feel like myself again!" N.B.

Common Questions

Does deep tissue massage hurt? ▾
There can be some discomfort when working through tight or knotted tissue, but it should never feel like sharp or unbearable pain. Our therapists check in with you throughout and adjust pressure to stay within your comfort zone - firm but effective.
What should I wear? ▾
You'll undress to your comfort level - most clients undress fully and are professionally draped at all times. Only the area being worked on is ever exposed. You're always in control of your comfort and privacy.
How long are sessions? ▾
We offer 60-minute, 75-minute, and 90-minute sessions. For first-time clients or those with multiple areas of concern, a 90-minute session is usually recommended. Not sure? Just let us know when you book and we'll help you choose.
Can I book same day? ▾
Yes - same-day bookings are often available, though spots fill quickly. Submit your request and we'll reach back within a few hours to confirm. For the fastest response, you can also call us directly at (206) 931-4876.
